Payments & Payment Policy:
Afropologie accepts cash and swiping services. Any tips must be left in cash and pay to your stylists if you so chose.
Consultation Appointments:
Afropologie offers free consultations, just call us for an appointment. Except, for Sisterlock services where a consultation fees is required.
Bridal Services:
50% deposit is required for the day of the wedding (non-refundable if cancelled less than 3 weeks before wedding)
Refunds:
We do not issue refunds on our services. Our stylists pride themselves on providing you with exceptional service and quality customer care. They are all professional, educated and experienced and will provide you with the best hair care service possible.
If you are not satisfied with the results of any salon service, please let your stylist know before leaving the salon. We offer a one-time adjustment at no additional charge within 7-business days of service with the same stylist. We require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually assessed.
Cancellations:
Your appointment at Afropologie is very important to us as it is reserved especially for you. We understand that scheduled adjustments are necessary; therefore we have in place a 24-hour cancellation policy and respectfully request at least 24-hours notice for all appointment cancellations including consultations.
In consideration of your time, our other clients and our stylists, appointment reminders are sent via email one day ahead of all appointments. You may email, call or leave us a voicemail at 00260967 100 102 or 00260967 888 180 to confirm, reschedule or cancel an appointment.
Rescheduling on the day is the same as not showing or canceling on the day. If we receive no cancellation from you 24-hours in advance of your appointment we charge 50% of the service. We understand that unforeseen medical/life emergency are not schedule predicted. We mindfully consider such occasions and have an understanding when they occur.
Guest Etiquette :
We have very limited seating space which is designated for clients receiving hair care services. We kindly request that you do not bring any additional guest(s), people who aren’t receiving services to your scheduled appointments
